Bounty Hunters 5 Heads to Odessa Texas on March 5-6!

No Prep's largest annual season-opening event is back in 2021 for it's 5th running! Project X Promotions and Eat Race Die Productions have teamed up with Penwell Knights Raceway in Odessa, Texas to bring you one of the biggest racing events ever to hit West Texas. Come out and join us as no-prep racing's raising stars and Street Outlaws battle it out on March 5-6, 2021! As always, kids 12 & under are FREE!

Bounty Hunters 5 comes at you with 8 classes and over $60,000 in payouts up for grabs. Get in where you fit in!

King of the Tailgate

  • Must have functioning tailgate or tailgate provision
    *Molded in tailgates are allowed on all-steel beds*
  • Trucks must retain steel cab (no all composite trucks)

Daily Driver Shootout

$50 Entry, 100% Payback to win

  • Vehicle must be tagged, titled, insured and owned by the driver
  • Factory glass, body panels, and frame (fiberglass hood ok)
  • Full interior (no missing parts). Added safety items are ok. No race seats
  • Factory style suspension. Bolt-in parts ok
  • No aftermarket roll bars
  • Transbrakes not permitted
  • No slicks or drag radials. Street tires with UTQG tread wear rating 200 or higher may be used

  • Racers competing in a Friday night class may participate in grudge racing sessions only after being eliminated from class competition (must purchase grudge tech card)

General Event & Track Rules

  • All races are 1/8 mile with the boards off
  • WATER burnouts only
  • One burnout only (PXP/Track staff has final say on questionable burnout situations)
  • Pro. 400 tree with true win light for all races
  • 7 second timeout and courtesy staging in effect
  • Your car (and all of its pieces) MUST remain in your lane before the finish line or it will be considered a cross
  • Jump you lose, cross you lose (first is worst)
